We make great efforts to avoid the touristy make-believe that is very common in tours because we know that travel without meaning is empty and pointless. We also know that it doesn't have to be that way.
Everyone on our expedition cruises, both travelers and crew members, is part of the Tucano Team in exploration. And when venture into very remote areas we are well prepared with the knowledge, energy, passion, perspective, and the dedication necessary to have the best experience possible in this natural paradise. Every aspect of the cruise, from the boat design to the way we use our time, is carefully crafted to enable us to observe the astonishing Amazon environment. For these reasons we often observe flora and fauna that are missed by other travelers. Every trip is a one of a kind, once in a lifetime experience.
