In 1502 when Christopher Columbus gave
Costa Rica the Spanish name of Rich Coast, he was
referring to the ship loads of gold, silver, and precious stones
to be found there that would make his adventurers rich and would
strengthen the power of the Spanish Crown. In fact, Costa Rica
is a treasure...not of mineral wealth but of beautiful beaches,
soaring volcanoes, vibrant rain forests and friendly people.
Our three trips in Costa Rica offer something for everyone. |

The Costa Rica Connoisseur & Explorer These trips range over several of the
environments of Costa Rica giving you a comprehensive experience
with the many terrains of this extremely varied country. One
of our most popular trips, The Connoisseur is an all around exciting
experience with the natural wonders of this delightful country. |
||||||
The Pacific Rainforest Lodge focuses
on the largest rainforest park in Costa Rica, Corcovado National
Park. With this trip you are able to get to spend quite a lot
of time in the forest and with luck observe some of its splendid
wildlife. |
||||||
Rivers and Rainforests This nine day trip is one of the most rugged and
most rewarding of our trips in Costa Rica. Much of it takes place
in the largest and most pristine park in Costa Rica, Corcovado
National Park but we also spend two days white water rafting
and camping on a splendid wilderness river, the Pacuare River.
It is an affordable trip into the true wilderness splendor of
Costa Rica. |
